What do you do at The Legal Department?

As a Corporate Clerk at The Legal Department, I help ensure that each client’s entity formation is handled smoothly and accurately. I coordinate with clients to collect necessary details, prepare filings, draft governing documents, and put together their entity books.

What are you most looking forward to learning during your time at TLD?

I look forward to working with experienced business lawyers and continuing to develop and master practical skills in this field. I am thankful for the opportunity to get hands-on experience and help businesses with their needs so they can focus on growing their businesses!

How will this clerkship help you in your future endeavors?

My clerkship with The Legal Department will allow me to gain hands-on experience, setting up a strong foundation for practicing business law after I graduate from law school.
