What do you do at The Legal Department?
As the Client Services Director, I oversee the client experience from the first point of contact through their engagement with our attorneys. My goal is to create a seamless, welcoming experience where every prospect and client feels informed, supported, and valued throughout every step of the process.

What do you like most about what you do?
One of my favorite parts of my role is meeting new people and hearing the stories behind their businesses. I have an entrepreneurial spirit myself, so I enjoy connecting with people who are passionate about building something of their own.

Who are your favorite clients to work with?
I love working with business owners who are passionate about what they do and genuinely want to build a stronger business for both themselves and their customers. I love connecting with people who are always looking to learn, grow, and serve others well.

What is special or unique about helping professional service providers?
I’ve always admired people who choose careers centered around serving others. Whether they’re educating, healing, advising, or supporting their clients, service providers make a meaningful difference every day. It’s fulfilling to play a small role in helping them build businesses that allow them to continue that work.

What are two words your friends would use to describe you?
Caring and Genuine.
