What do you do at The Legal Department?

My role as Executive Paralegal involves the training and mentoring of newly hired paralegals, as well as handling entity formations and entity audits for advanced level and long term client projects. 

What do you like most about what you do?

I enjoy mentoring young professionals and giving them the direction and support they need to succeed, grow and feel confident in themselves. I take pride in providing a much needed service to small business owners who are also providing services and making a difference in their community.
