What do you do at The Legal Department?
As a Corporate Clerk for The Legal Department, I assist the attorneys in filing and drafting documents for entity formations. I help collect client information, complete relevant forms, draft bylaws, and compile entity books.
What are you most looking forward to learning during your time at TLD?
I am most looking forward to gaining experience in business law within a supportive and engaging team. I hope that this clerkship will help me learn more about the practice of business law in Florida, particularly when working with small businesses.
How will this clerkship help you in your future endeavors?
My clerkship with The Legal Department will help prepare me to practice business law in Florida after I graduate from law school.
