When did you start working with The Legal Department?
I started working for The Legal Department in 2019. Before TLD, I was a Residential Counselor for children with acute mental health problems.

What do you do at The Legal Department?
I do a little bit of everything! I maintain scheduling and record keeping, as well as support our fantastic legal staff with anything they may need.

What do you like most about what you do?
The people I work with make the job a breeze. Our whole staff is incredibly supportive, patient and fun. This is easily the most pleasant work environment I have been a part of.

On a wider level, I think that the people who open small businesses are some of the most brave and dynamic people in the world. I love supporting greatness and spending time helping those that do so much to help the community at large

Who are your favorite clients to work with?
New clients. Emerging business owners armed with a great idea and a heavy dash of ambition. It can be a daunting notion to open a small business and I admire those that walk through the fog, despite the uncertainty.

What is special or unique about helping professional service providers?
Character. It truly says something about an individual to open a business that provides a service; to me, it says that your community is important to you and you wish to provide something that benefits our home.

Professional service providers are taking a chance on themselves to do something that benefits the community; I admire that a great deal.

What are two words your friends would use to describe you?
“Just two?”☺
